This Privacy Policy describes how Aether Fighter handles information. Aether Fighter is designed without third-party ads, third-party analytics SDKs, or cross-app tracking.

Information Used by the App

• Gameplay progress and preferences may be saved locally on your device using UserDefaults.
• Progress such as shards, owned skins, owned sectors, upgrades, and tutorial completion may sync through Apple iCloud key-value storage when iCloud is available.
• Game Center may be used for leaderboards and related Apple-provided social/game services if you use those features.
• StoreKit is used to load products, process purchases, validate entitlements, and restore purchases through Apple.
• Local network permission is used to find nearby pilots for friend-to-friend battles over Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.

Tracking and Advertising

Aether Fighter does not use third-party advertising SDKs and does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.

Diagnostics and Performance

The app may use Apple-provided diagnostics and performance tools, such as MetricKit, to help identify crashes, hangs, and performance issues. These reports are provided by Apple in aggregate or diagnostic form and are used to improve app quality.

Purchases and Subscriptions

In-app purchases and Aether Elite Monthly subscriptions are processed by Apple. Purchase history, refunds, cancellations, and subscription management are handled by Apple through your Apple ID and App Store account settings.
